Thanks for your insights, Otti. I truly appreciate your opinions which I deem as especially valuable since you are an MD and Sex Coach – Educator – Author.

Whenever I look back to when I was in my 20s, I remember thinking then that I knew it all when it came to sex. I was certain that old people could not possibly have great sex. How wrong I was! Like fine wine, sex gets better with age.

The human animal is designed to be sexual throughout life. Forget chronological age. Men can be orgasmic into their 90, and women become more orgasmic as they age, well into their 8th and 9th decades. Part of the problem frequently is not having partners at those ages. But the potential for sex, and great sex there. Us old folks may take a bit longer to get there, but longer sexual experiences never hurt anyone. Also, older men can achieve multiple orgasms easier then young studs, which is usually very pleasing to their partners who are not left wanting more while he roles over to sleep. Too many people think that sexual intercourse is the goal of their sexual relations. Actually, “Foreplay is The Real Focus of Great Sex!” Consider the sex act as a fabulous meal with appetizers, the entree and finally a desert. The appetizers can begin hours before consisting of kindnesses all day long, considerations, loving strokes, pats and kisses. The entree is the foreplay and should bring both partners to multiple orgasms of increasing intensities. And yes, men too can enjoy multiple orgasms during foreplay. This entree can include mutual play with toys, oral sex, fondling, massage and anything else that excites partners. Anything less that 45 minutes with the entree should be considered a “quickie!” Then, after each partner is close to satiation it’s time for the desert … actual intercourse. Absolutely true, we women love being touched without a sexual agenda. For many guys, though, it simply doesn’t occur to them to touch us except when they are feeling turned on. Of course they can learn, and with our gentle reminders and requests, they are more than willing to touch, massage and embrace us. Since that kind of touch may actually awaken our own sexual interest after all, it can become a win-win situation for everyone. So a junkie father had sex with his junkie daughter – for a drug-filled decade. Ummm…they were junkies! What do you expect?

The abuse was far more fundamental than the incest. Introducing his child, supposedly at 11, to hard drugs was the fundamental abuse. Anything else that arose from it is largely immaterial except as a means of gaining Philip the attention she so obviously craves as much as she used to crave cocaine.
